Publicity Tour – Hell Cat of the Holt by Mark Cassell

Starting at the beginning of June, and running for six and a bit weeks, Confessions Publicity organised a Publicity Tour for British horror author, Mark Cassell and his new fiction novella, Hell Cat of the Holt.

A new story, set in the world of his fantastic Shadow Fabric Mythos, Hell Cat of The Holt explores the startlingly thin line between different plains of existence, in a terrifying manor!

Mark Cassell did the right thing in coming to Confessions Publicity to put a tour together and get him some much-needed exposure for himself, and his new book.

We got together with some fantastic sites who, very graciously, gave up their time to take the book, read and review it, and host the reviews on their sites along with a mixture of interviews and guest posts from Mark.

Just in case you were hibernating and didn’t catch any of the dates, below you will find a full list of reviews and interviews and guest posts with the relevant links to go and check them out.

Again, my thanks to Mark for having faith in Confessions Publicity and my heartfelt thanks to all the sites that took part in this tour.

CONFESSIONS REVIEWS MARK CASSELL

Mark Cassell lives in a rural part of the UK where he often dreams of dystopian futures, peculiar creatures, and flitting shadows. Primarily a horror writer, his steampunk, dark fantasy, and SF stories have featured in several anthologies and ezines. His best-selling debut novel THE SHADOW FABRIC is closely followed by the popular short story collection SINISTER STITCHES and are both only a fraction of an expanding mythos of demons, devices, and deceit.

Mark’s 2017 release HELL CAT OF THE HOLT further explores the Shadow Fabric mythos with ghosts and black cat legends.

The dystopian sci-fi short story collection CHAOS HALO 1.0: ALPHA BETA GAMMA KILL is in association with Future Chronicles Photography where he works closely with their models and cosplayers.

It was a joy to host this tour for you. I’d never read Mark Cassell before Hell Cat and feel fortunate to have found his work. There aren’t a lot of writers I’ve found that get down the atmosphere so well that it feels like a character and Cassell managed to do that in his novel. I’m glad I could share my joy of finding a new (to me) great writer with my bookish friends.
